I am a new cart enthusiast. I feel I got a a great deal on a 94' club car with a blown engine and bad clutch for $300. Had it running around the yard in 45 min!! I am redoing this cart on a low budget and short time frame. I would love to hear what everyone thinks so far. Keep in mind I am doing the work 100% myself and I am no professional so don't look to hard!! Here is a before picture and what I have so far picture.

The diamond plate is cool too!!
With a blown engine and bad clutch, how exactly did you get it running around in 45 minutes? LOL _________________

Well the paint was agrivating I sanded it all down and made the bad decision to use krylon fusion spray paint. So after I sanded that off HA. I did my first automotive paint spray job I am happy with it now. As far as getting it running, screw from the carb had fallen in the cylinder got hung in the valve and let the push rod slip from under the rocker arm got that back together and clutch was never bad. _________________ Low Budget, High Hopes |

I actually ran across the guy after I got it fixed, he looked sick when I told him about it. _________________ Low Budget, High Hopes |

I have finally got my cart to the point that I feel comfortable haulting work on it for a few months so my wife will quit fussing at me. A few things to do later..lift, club wont allow larger tires, big block, some cosmetic welding, new wheels and tires. Hopefully all by next spring. Complete now with turn signals, brake lights, reverse lights, neon green underglows, lots of other lights that the wife said I didn't need, but why not? horn, machined clutch, shaved head, advanced timing key, high volume fuel pump, oversized carb jet, k&n, tach, every nut bolt and washer on exterior is stainless all aluminum that I added and all for about $2200.00 including original cart purchase!! So what do yall think? Be honest Lots of thanks to everyone at Cart Parts Plus for the great prices, fast and friendly service.
my dash with the one backordered switch missing that Tom just got to me today!!
The reason for the oversized cargo box
